Good alternative to Clam Chowder. Grocery store had some nice bay scallops on sale. I was debating doing a pasta dish but figured give a scallop chowder a try. Came out really tasty and pretty easy to make.

Stuffed Pork Chops with apple brandy gravy and apple raisin compote
Fall is upon us and my grocery store is essentially giving pork away. The buy one get two free deal on thick cut boneless pork chops was too good to be passed up. Trying to find new pork ideas I came up with this and really liked the results. I cheated and used Stove Top […]
Potato Pie
I have tried unsuccessfully to make a Potato Tartaine. So today I was googling ideas and stumbled upon a NY times potato tartaine and a recipe for a potato tart with pastry crust I mashed up the two and added some stuff and it came out amazing. I have never made a pastry or pie […]
Potato Pickle Chips
Stumbled on a similar recipe when looking for potato side dishes. Made a few adjustments and absolutely loved it. They will be a regular side dish in my rotation from now on. Very easy to make!
Pan Fried Pork Chops with Country Gravy

New England Lobster Rolls

They buy very good quality and give very generous portions. The owner and I were talking about the ridiculous price of King Crab Legs. Currently at around $24.00 a pound […]
