Creamed Chip Beef

I love Creamed chip beef! The first time I had it was at Boy Scout camp when I was probably 12.  There are a number of pre made chipped beef products available.  The only one I like is Stouffer’s it is expensive though and I never remember to get it at the store when I am there.  I have been making it from scratch for a couple of months and it is very easy to make and I can make exactly one portion.

I use Esskay Chipped Beef. It comes in 3 ounce packages and is refrigerated.
