Servings: 4 people
Equipment
- 10" Cast iron skillet
Ingredients
- 3 Each Large eggs Beaten
- 1/2 Cup AP flour
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 3 Tbls Butter
- Toppings of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 Degrees
- Mix eggs, flour, milk and nutmeg whisk until no lumps let set 10 minutes
- Add butter to cast iron skillet and place in oven. Pay attention when butter is melted remove
- Add batter to skillet return to oven
- Cook 20 minutes pancake should be puffed and a little golden
- Reduce heat to 300 degrees and cook 5 more minutes
- Remove from oven and cut into quarters serve with many great toppings
