Ok so anyone who knows me knows I do not bake and my dessert experience is pretty horrible. I occasionally try my hand at dessert but I don’t want left overs around because I will finish them off. So a Jello pudding pie with SF pudding and NF cool whip seems like good choice.
Coconut pudding pie
Servings: 6 people
Ingredients
- 1 Package 5.1 ounce no sugar Vanilla pudding mix instant
- 1/2 Container NF Cool whip
- 1 Tsp Coconut extract
- 2 Cups Coconut sweetened
- 3 Cups Milk cold
- 1 Each Graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Add coconut extract and 1 cup coconut to pudding mix and milk
- Beat cold milk and pudding mix for a full 2 minutes
- Pour into crust
- Top with Cool Whip
- Toast 1 Cup coconut let cool
- Top Cool Whip with toasted coconut
- Let set up for and hour and serve
