Pork Schnitzle with quick sauerkraut

Love me some schnitzel especially pork its a quick go to dinner. So many ways to serve it gravy, lemon juice, mushroom gravy. Any side dish pairs well and it is super easy to make and affordable. Tonight I made it with a quick sauerkraut and potato latkes. I made a quick sour cream dill topping sauce and served with lemon wedges. My brother in law who like nothing but fast food was amazed and had seconds and thirds.
