Slice potatos into 1/8" slices and fully submerge in pickle juice. Cover and marinade minimum 3 hours.
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
Remove potato slices from juice and dry throughly
Mix oil and spices together in mixing bowl
Toss potato slices in oil adn spices until fully covered
Lay potato slices in single layer on baking sheet careful not to have any overlapping
Bake about 20 minutes and flip once bottom is golden brown
Keep an eye out to make sure they do not burn
