Potato Pickle Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 Each Large Russet Potato
  • 2 Cups Pickle Juice
  • 1 Tbls Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Dill
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika

Instructions

  • Slice potatos into 1/8" slices and fully submerge in pickle juice. Cover and marinade minimum 3 hours.
  • Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Remove potato slices from juice and dry throughly
  • Mix oil and spices together in mixing bowl
  • Toss potato slices in oil adn spices until fully covered
  • Lay potato slices in single layer on baking sheet careful not to have any overlapping
  • Bake about 20 minutes and flip once bottom is golden brown
  • Keep an eye out to make sure they do not burn
