Crispy baked chicken wings

  • 2 Lbs Split chicken wings
  • Corn starch


  • Pre heat oven to 250 Degrees
  • Dry wings completely then toss with corn starch to coat completely but shake off all excess
  • Place on cooking rack on baking sheet making sure there is seperation between all wings
  • Bake at 250 Degrees for 20 Minutes
  • Turn oven up to 425 Degrees and bake 45 minutes longer
  • For Buffalo style immediately toss in buffalo sauce and serve
  • Asian Sticky wings toss in sauce and broil on low 5 minutes
