Sticky Asian Ginger Wing sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbls Soy sauce or liquid amino's
  • 1 Tbls Gocuchang
  • 2 Tbls Sambal olek chili garlic sauce
  • 4 Tbls Brown sugar
  • 4 Each Lime leaves bruised
  • 3 Each Garlic clove minced
  • 3 Each 1/2 inch cubes ginger root minced
  • 1 Tbls Toasted sesame oil
  • 3 Tbls Rice wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Sautee ginger, lime leaves and garlic in seasame oil until fragrant
  • Add all other ingredients and simmer until reduced by about 25%
  • Toss wings in sauce and broil or grill

Notes

This is great sauce it needs to be broiled or grilled to get it nice and sticky. Be careful though it has a lot of sugar so will burn easily if not watched
