  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup White grits
  • 2 Tbls Sharp Cheddar
  • 1 Tsp Salt


  • Boil milk whisk in grits and salt
  • Stir in cheese
  • Reduce heat to low
  • Simmer covered 15 mintues
