Pork Schnitzel

  • 1 1/2 Lbs Thin boneless pork chops you can buy pork loin and cut your own chops as well
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 Cups Bread crumbs
  • 2 Each Eggs beaten
  • 1 Tbls Dijon mustard
  • Canola oil
  • Lemon wedges
  • 1 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Salt


  • Pre heat cast iron skillets with canola oil
  • Lay out pork chops and cover with film beat with flat size of mallet until thin
  • Prepare 3 bowls ..Flour with nutmeg and salt and pepper, eggs beaten with dijon, bread crumbs
  • Dredge each chop in flour, then egg wash and finally in bread crumbs
  • Add to cast iron skillet cook until golden on both sides
  • Serve with lemon wedges or dill sour cream sauce
