Ingredients

  • 1/2 Head Green cabbage
  • 1 Each Granny smith apple diced
  • 1/2 Each Onion sliced
  • 1 Cup White wine vinegar
  • 1 Cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbls Caraway seeds
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbls Salt
  • 1 Tsp White pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into braiser or stockpot
  • Bring to boil
  • Reduce heat to high simmer
  • Cook 90 Minutes until liquid has been absorbed
  • Serve
