Ingredients

  • 1 Package 5.1 ounce no sugar Vanilla pudding mix instant
  • 1/2 Container NF Cool whip
  • 1 Tsp Coconut extract
  • 2 Cups Coconut sweetened
  • 3 Cups Milk cold
  • 1 Each Graham cracker crust

Instructions

  • Add coconut extract and 1 cup coconut to pudding mix and milk
  • Beat cold milk and pudding mix for a full 2 minutes
  • Pour into crust
  • Top with Cool Whip
  • Toast 1 Cup coconut let cool
  • Top Cool Whip with toasted coconut
  • Let set up for and hour and serve
