  • 10" Cast iron skillet


  • 3 Each Large eggs Beaten
  • 1/2 Cup AP flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 3 Tbls Butter
  • Toppings of your choice


  • Preheat oven to 425 Degrees
  • Mix eggs, flour, milk and nutmeg whisk until no lumps let set 10 minutes
  • Add butter to cast iron skillet and place in oven. Pay attention when butter is melted remove
  • Add batter to skillet return to oven
  • Cook 20 minutes pancake should be puffed and a little golden
  • Reduce heat to 300 degrees and cook 5 more minutes
  • Remove from oven and cut into quarters serve with many great toppings
